A Modern, Effortless Bridal Look for a Chelsea Town Hall Wedding

I absolutely loved being part of this beautiful Chelsea Town Hall wedding — one of my favourite London venues for its mix of history, romance, and that classic city buzz. There’s something so special about helping a bride get ready in the heart of London, knowing that just a short walk away she’ll be stepping through those famous Town Hall doors to say “I do.”

From the moment I met her, Grace knew exactly the kind of look she wanted — modern, chic, and effortlessly elegant. She wore a stunning short ivory dress with a soft sheen that caught the light perfectly. The simple tailoring, covered buttons, and slightly puffed sleeves gave it a vintage touch, while the mini length kept it fresh and fun — ideal for a city celebration.

For her hair and makeup, we kept things relaxed and natural, but still polished. I styled her hair into soft, bouncy waves that framed her face beautifully — simple, modern, and full of movement. Her makeup look was all about glowing skin, soft blush tones, and subtle definition around the eyes, finished with a berry-toned lip for a little pop of colour. She looked radiant — like the best version of herself, which is always my goal for every bride.

Her bouquet of creamy white flowers complemented the look perfectly — understated and elegant, just like her.

After the ceremony, the couple walked out to a shower of confetti on the steps of Chelsea Town Hall, surrounded by all their friends and family. It’s one of those moments that never gets old — pure happiness, laughter, and love against that beautiful London backdrop.

I always love working at Chelsea Town Hall. It has this timeless feel but still manages to capture the fun, modern energy of a London wedding. Whether it’s a small elopement or a big celebration, there’s always something magical about it.

This look was a perfect reminder that bridal beauty doesn’t have to be overcomplicated. A great dress, soft glam, and a happy smile — that’s all you need.
